Deborah Beuttler is a dedicated Program Supervisor who works tirelessly to provide resources and support for justice-involved individuals, both during their incarceration and as they transition back to society. With a passion for helping others, Deborah’s efforts aim to empower individuals and help them build better futures. Recently she was honored with the “Relentless Optimist” award from one of her community partners in recognition of her unwavering commitment and positive impact. She also embodies this Relentless Optimism in her roles as Secretary of the Board for Racine Dragonboat Club and as a Mentor for Motley Crew, the mixed team for the Club. When she’s not working or paddling on a dragon boat, she spends time with her family and her very needy dog Dottie.
