Jenn Kindt (Leino) is a seasoned professional leader, serving as a Revenue Cycle Director for a Milwaukee non-profit health center. Her expertise in managing and leading teams further enhance her ability to inspire and guide others. Jenn loves helping new team members navigate the intricacies of dragon boating and ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from their very first paddle and through the season. She is a dedicated and passionate dragon boating mentor for Motley Crew and an active member with the Racine Dragonboat Club. With years of experience in the sport, Jenn brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the team. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced paddler, Jenn is here to guide you on your dragon boating journey with Motley Crew. Outside of dragon boating, she has a deep love for water activities, including SUPs, sailing, swimming and enjoying the beach time.
