Warm ups start at 6pm
Boats leave the dock at 6:30
Practices generally last 1-1.5 hours
Saturday morning practices will be a new addition this year to focus on endurance training- more details to come!
Designated Newbie practice schedule- subject to change- waiver needs to be signed prior to entering the boat!
